PRICING QUESTIONS

Your final quote depends on guest count, menu selection, number of restaurant partners, and any add-ons. We provide an itemized estimate so you know exactly what you are paying for.

No. Our quotes include food, setup, staffing, cleanup, and an estimated tax amount. The only thing that could change the price is if you add items or increase guest count after booking.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the event. 50% refund for cancellations 7–14 days out. Inside 7 days the deposit is non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule.

Absolutely. Our tiers are starting points. We build every quote around your specific event, so you only pay for what you need.

Slightly. Each market has a different service fee based on restaurant availability and logistics. Currently we serve Asheville, NC with more cities launching soon.
