We recommend booking at least two weeks out, but we have accommodated events with as little as 48 hours notice depending on availability.

We currently partner with select restaurants in each city we serve. In Asheville that includes Cook Out and McDonald's, with more coming soon.

Our sweet spot is 50-500 guests, but we have done smaller gatherings. Reach out and we will make it work.

We coordinate directly with your venue to make sure our setup meets their requirements. Most venues love us because we handle everything and leave no trace.
